PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Free UK next-day delivery is available on all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday. Any orders placed on a Friday are usually delivered on a Saturday, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times outside the UK are as follows:

Europe: 2 - 5 days - £12.00

Rest of world: 3-7 days - £18.00

Please note: For orders shipped outside the EU, duty charges may be applied.

Your order should be delivered to you personally. If you are not at the stated delivery address when the order is delivered, the order will be returned to the local delivery hub and you will be left a note with further instructions.

Why did my online payment authorisation fail?

It is not uncommon for a request for payment card authorisation to fail a couple of times before the card is finally authorised. If we are experiencing difficulties taking payment from you, you will not receive an order confirmation number and you will be asked to re-enter your card details. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order.

How will I know that my order has been successfully received?

You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the specifics of your order. This will be sent to the email address given when you placed your order online.
