Storing your irons:

Although your Cloud Nine irons are a robust product, they're also state-of-the-art, with many delicate features. So the better you look after them, the longer they'll help you achieve incredible results.

Follow this simple guide and they should give you many years of styling success:

• Switch your irons off after use
• Never allow the plates to come into contact with any heat sensitive material or surface until they are fully cooled to room temperature
• Keep the mains power cord well away from the hot plates at all times
• Before storing, always allow the plates to cool down, or place in the special heat guard provided
• Your iron is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use, but we recommend you loosely coil the mains cord around your iron - never tightly wrap it

Your safety:

The first thing you must never forget is just how incredibly hot your irons can get - typically between 100°C - 200°C, so you really must be careful when using them. To stay safe, follow these simple rules:

• Don't use the iron near water - whether in a bathroom or over a salon backwash
• Avoid touching the plates when they are hot
• Remember, your irons are a professional styling tool, so never allow children or infirm people to use them unless they are competent or supervised by yourself
• Always keep hairsprays and styling aids at a safe distance away from the irons
• In addition, you should always closely inspect the irons before you use them to check for damage. If you do find any damage on your irons - be it on the actual irons, the power cord or the plug - do not use them.
