Quick take: My boyfriend bought these for me as a surprise and I think they’re fab! I asked him for straighteners and he did his research and said these were the latest craze – and I can see why. I can set the temperature so that I can vary my style, sometimes I only need to smooth over my hair and so I can do that, on the minimum heat setting, but when I need to make sure my style holds for a night out I can up the temperature. Fantastic! I now want to try all of the other Cloud Nine products, roll on next Valentines day.

Quick take: I received these for my birthday and I knew about these products as my hairdresser has used them before. I had the GHD wide iron and they are ok but they're fixed on a hot heat, so when I straightened my hair it would smell burnt and it would go brittle. So, I asked my family to buy me these and I wonder how i ever managed before! My hair is so soft and now there's no frizz on the top of my hair and the straightness will last for days and day! As i've got natural thick unruly frizzy curly hair, these work a treat! I'm sooooooooooooooooooo happy THANK YOU!!! =)

Quick take: I have been a lover of GHD's for years now and when my 3rd pair packed up I was told to look at Cloud Nine's. I was a little scared to order them at first, I'm a firm believer in "if it ain't broke don't fix it" so I always stayed true to GHD's. However once I had tried the Cloud Nine's there was no going back! Now I can't understand why so little people have heard of them, Cloud Nine's blow GHD's out of the water!! I have the wide straightners and can't wait to get the mini ones too!

Quick take: The first time I experienced the C9 wide styler was at a salon. I became so in love with how sleek, smooth and glossy my hair was, my hair style stayed in place for 4 days!! I was immediately hooked. I looked at my GHD styler and thought why can't you do that!! I could not get my mind off the C9 and I bought one xmas and I am loving every moment of it.

Quick take: Oh my, they are actually amazing. I got these as a present after having my GHD's, which I thought I could never replace. However after using these my GHD's could never compare to my cloud nine iron. Absolutely amazing for any hair, any style, any length, smoothness... beautiful hair everyday!

Quick take: I recently purchased this straightener after a disappointing and frustrating experience with GHD, which I used to love. I'm glad I made the switch to Cloud 9. It glides through my hair & I don't have to go over it multiple times to get it straight. It also leaves it noticeably shinier, even though I don't use any hair products other than shampoo. I am very satisfied and will definitely be recommending Cloud Nine to friends.

Quick take: After reading loads of reviews online and agonizing about which iron to buy, I decided on this one. I have to say, I was really impressed with it when I got it. Tried it for a few days and then ended up finding a sale on that other popular iron people compare this too... the price difference was massive so I sent these back thinking the other iron would be just about as good. Let me tell you... it's not. Really nothing compares to these. They are really in a league of their own. I have fine hair that's ringlet-curly underneath, straight in the back and frizzy on top so in short- a mess. These make my hair so shiny, whatever this special thing in the plates is, it really has an effect on my hair. No other iron I've ever used (including the "other" one) has made my hair shiny like these, I get that lovely bouncy, healthy looking hair which I've never had on my own. Suffice to say I've promptly returned the others and am reordering these stat! I should have stuck with my original instinct as these are really fantastic and worth every penny.

Quick take: These are fantastic, really love them. I have shoulder length curly hair with some frizz and have used GHD’s for over 10 years to get my hair poker straight, by my 4th pair I was so disappointed, the quality had gone down hill and they just did not style my hair like the original GHD’s used too. So took my 4th pair back and went on the hunt for some new ones. After reading many reviews I went for these Cloud 9’s and they did not disappoint. They look good - very sleek and stylish and are excellent quality. They straighten your hair poker straight and curl your hair brilliantly that really lasts.. I thought I would need to use the highest heat setting, but they work fab even on the lower setting. They glide through your hair and leave it smooth and shiny. Worth every penny and you will not be disappointed. Just wish I had discovered these years ago. I urge anyone to ditch their GHD’s and buy these as Cloud 9 are fabulous and no others can compare.
FAQs
- How do I know when my irons are ready to use?
- Once the iron has been switched on a light will glow and remain green on the middle setting on the temperature control panel, lower temperature lights will flash then remain green once the selected temperature is reached. To select a different temperature, press the temperature switch up or down.
- What happens if I forget to turn my irons off?
- All Cloud Nine irons have an important safety feature - the hibernation mode. The hibernation mode delivers intelligent sleep technology that automatically kicks in when the irons have been switched on, but not used for 30 minutes. When the irons go into hibernation mode they will cool down completely and only reheat once you've switched them off and on again.
- Do the irons have dual voltage?
- The standard and wide irons are supplied with a standard two-pin Euro plug but have also been fitted with a UK three-pin adaptor. Switching between the two plugs is easy, simply remove the screw positioned between the three pins and remove the casing. To replace the three-pin plug simply reverse this sequence. The micro iron does NOT have this feature.
- How can I find out if my Cloud Nine product is genuine?
- Many irons on the market use a hologram to prove their authenticity however these can be easily copied. Cloud Nine has given each iron its own unique identity code thanks to a state-of-the art RFID chip. This chip is designed to protect you and your product from fraud or miss selling. - Is my Cloud Nine product still under warranty?
- We offer a 24-month manufacturers guarantee on all irons and wands, a 12-month guarantee on The O pod and a 6-month guarantee on all The O rollers, clips and amplify spray. More information regarding your guarantee can be found in our Product Care & Security section.

Free UK next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Although most orders placed before 3pm on a Friday are usually delivered the following day, we cannot guarantee this.
