What temperature does the Wand heat up to?
The Wand has a one-touch temperature control with three different temperature settings.  These are low (130 degrees), medium (155 degrees) and high (180 degrees).
Does the wand have dual voltage?
The Wand is supplied with a standard two-pin Euro plug but has been fitted with a UK three-pin adaptor. Switching between the two plugs is easy, simply remove the screw positioned between the three pins and remove the casing. To replace the three-pin plug simply reverse this sequence.
How can I find out if my Cloud Nine product is genuine?
Many styling tools on the market use a hologram to prove their authenticity however these can be easily copied. Cloud Nine has given each wand its own unique identity code thanks to a state-of-the art RFID chip. This chip is designed to protect you and your product from fraud or miss selling. To confirm authentication, please contact us on 0845 0267 121.
Is my Cloud Nine product still under warranty?
We offer a 24-month manufacturers guarantee on all irons and wands, a 12-month guarantee on The O pod and a 6-month guarantee on all The O rollers, clips and amplify spray. More information regarding your guarantee can be found in our Product Care & Security section.

Delivery information

Free UK next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Although most orders placed before 3pm on a Friday are usually delivered the following day, we cannot guarantee this.

Please note: For orders shipped outside the EU, duty charges may be applied.

Your order should be delivered to you personally. If you are not at the stated delivery address when the order is delivered, the order will be returned to the local delivery hub and you will be left a note with further instructions.
