Glastonbury Hairspiration

Shake off those wellies, hose down that muddy tent… Glastonbury is over for another year and as always it was fantastic! Taming tresses in a tent is undeniably tricky for the masses, but with access to electricity and showers, many celebs had the opportunity to wash, wave and curl to their hearts content. Here is our summary of our favourite celebrity styles from Glastonbury 2015…

Few things are more festival-friendly than textured, beachy waves, worn with 70’s inspired garments and big, mirrored sunglasses. Suki Waterhouse, Adele, Laura Whitmore and Cressida Bonas all worked this look. The trick is to make the entire ensemble look effortless!

To add a sexy, messy bend to your mane, try winding sections of hair loosely around the barrel of our Waving Wand. Hold for a few seconds then release. Don’t worry about being too neat  - you’re just adding texture. Alternate the direction that you wind the hair, and use your fingers to tease the waves when all the hair is prepped.

Ella Eyre and Jaime Winstone wore their hair is natural curls. Naturally, these two had access to hairdressers, hence why their locks looked perfect. However, if you have naturally curly hair, it can be tricky to keep these tamed over a three-day period when you’re dancing till dawn!

We recommend prepping pre-festival with a styling spray like our Amplify Spray, which helps sets your hair in place without weighing it down. If your curls tend to be a little unruly anyway, it is worth laboriously curling them using our Original Wand – for additional definition and bounce. It’ll be worth the work!
