LFW SS17 - Here We Come!

We're happy to announce that we're sponsoring two magnificent shows for London Fashion Week SS17! Read below to find out more about our shows.

September is a beautiful month and the responsible is London Fashion Week. It's that time of the year again where we indulge in all the beautiful new SS17 collections and we dream of sunshine and warm temperatures!

Following the success of our sponsorship of the Charlotte Olympia show at LFW in February, we have decided to sponsor this show again at LFW SS17. The hair team will once again be lead by legendary stylist Sam McKnight and we just can't wait for it! This show is on Sunday 18th September at 20:00. As if that wasn't enough, we're also very happy to sponsor the Anya Hindmarch show. Anya Hindmarch's show will take place on Sunday 18th September at 10:00.

Luxury shoes and accessories designer, Charlotte Olympia Dellal began designing from her love of fashion and nostalgia for the bygone era of old Hollywood glamour.  Charlotte took her passion to Cordwainers, the world-renowned college for footwear and accessories in London where she was able to explore her interests alongside technical training in the craftsmanship of beautiful shoes. Soon after graduating, Charlotte pursued her passion and launched her eponymous London based brand in January 2008.

Charlotte Olympia creates glamorous designs with a modern silhouette. Iconic styles such as the Dolly with its signature ‘island’ platform, the distinctive Kitty flats and perspex Pandora clutch box are in keeping with the brand's feminine and playful design philosophy. All products are handcrafted in Italy using the finest materials and each shoe is finished with a signature gold spider's web on the sole. The brand’s leopard prints, femininity and arresting use of colour have quickly become design classics; coveted by celebrities and stylish women alike.

The brand continues to expand its product lines to include, not only captivating heels, but also an array of flats, bags and accessories. Charlotte Olympia now develops four seasonal collections a year as well as ‘Encore’ - a permanent collection of signature silhouettes, ‘Runaway Bride’, ‘To Dye For’, ‘Incy’ children’s shoes and bags, ‘Tailor Made’ bespoke service and the most recently launched ‘Handbags for the Leading Lady’ leather handbags, small leather goods and sneakers. Charlotte Olympia enjoys a growing international retail presence of eleven stores in Mayfair, Brompton Cross, Manhattan, Beverly Hills, Miami, Las Vegas, South Coast Plaza, Hong Kong, Dubai, Bangkok and most recently Moscow as well as online and in shop-in-shops internationally. The collections are also stocked in some of the world’s most prestigious retailers including Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, On Pedder, Isetan, Printemps and Beymen.

Anya founded her business in London in 1987 and has since grown into a global brand that has over 45 stores - including flagships in New York, London and Tokyo – and is stocked in many of the world’s best retail stores, from Barney’s in New York to BoonTheShop in Korea.

The first accessories designer to hold an on-schedule London Fashion Week show, Anya Hindmarch shows have become renowned for their creativity and wit. Recent highlights include models floating weightlessly over the catwalk, a 120-strong male choir, a giant mirrored kaleidoscopic set and models walking within an artful, moving Rubik’s cube.

In addition, the collections are showcased in seasonal pop-ups that have included a ‘Mini Mart’ on London’s Mount Street, global 'sticker shops' and an Anya Hindmarch ‘Service Station’, the first retail installation to be housed in the Selfridges London car park which then travelled to Korea, Tokyo and LA.

There are also six Anya Hindmarch Bespoke stores, where customers can have drawings or messages in their own handwriting embossed by in-store craftsmen. Part of an on-going commitment to reconnect the craftsman and the customer, each bespoke piece is - as Anya says - about ‘having your name on something, rather than mine’.

A passionate advocate of British design and arts, Anya is also a UK Trade Ambassador, a Non-Executive Director of the British Fashion Council and a trustee of both the Royal Academy of Arts and the Design Museum. In 2009 Anya Hindmarch was awarded an MBE in recognition for her contribution to the British fashion industry and in the last year Anya has received three prestigious Accessory Designer of the Year awards; a British Fashion Award, an Elle Style Award and a Glamour Women of the Year award.
