subscription faqs

ON CLOUD NINE subscription service is currently closed, but we will be reactivating it for The 2-in-1 Contouring Iron Pro soon. Register on our subscription waitlist for updates.

When live, you will be able to go through checkout where you can pay an annual payment. We'll then confirm your subscription with a link to your account dashboard. Your Contouring Iron will then be delivered. Get ahead of the curve.

You will not own the device. CLOUD NINE own hair styling tool throughout the term of your subscription. Should you wish to cancel your subscription you will have to return the device. You can rest easy in the knowledge that we will repair or replace your hair straightener, curling wand, or other hair styling tool in the unlikely circumstance that anything should go wrong.

You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the specifics of your order. This will be sent to the email address given when you placed your order online.

Please contact us by going through our Help Centre in the unlikely event your product is damaged or faulty. Once returned, we can analyse the damage or issue with the product. It's very rare, but if the product is faulty, we'll repair it or send you a new one subject to our subscription Terms & Conditions.

Whilst you are part of our subscription service, we will cover any unlikely faults or issues with your CLOUD NINE product by repairing it, or sending you a new one subject to our subscription Terms & Conditions.

Existing ON CLOUD NINE subscribers will continue to enjoy the benefits of their subscription and upgrade or switch their hair straighteners or curling wands every 24 months. The 2-in-1 Contouring Iron will also be available as an upgrade. See our subscriptions page for more details.

As part of our NINE COMMITTMENTS, we want to save hair straighteners, curling wands, and hair dryers from landfill. When you switch or upgrade your CLOUD NINE product, your old hair styling tool will be put through our hair tool recycling scheme or be refurbished for resale. We're committed to style. And our planet.
