We’re putting power in your hands.

With a straightener called Royal Blue.

A gift for your hair.

And for those who need it.

Because with every one sold we’ll donate

£10 to the Little Princess Trust.

This goes towards making wigs for young

people experiencing hair loss.

It’s a powerful tool for your hair that does a

power of good for children who need it.

Martin Rae, CEO at CLOUD NINE, said:

“The Power of Good campaign aims to raise awareness of the positive and life-changing impact a hair donation can make to a child’s life.

We are proud to be helping to raise vital funds for The Little Princess Trust through our new partnership. The money raised will provide real hair wigs to children and young people who have experienced hair loss and fund vital research into all childhood cancers.”

Phil Brace, CEO at The Little Princess Trust, said:

“We are so grateful to CLOUD NINE for this fantastic support, which will help the charity provide free wigs to children and young people that really need them. It costs around £550 to make and supply each of the 2,000 wigs we will provide this year. Plus, there is a great reliance on our funding within the childhood cancer research community. The money which this campaign will raise will make a real difference to children and young people with cancer.”

The Little Princess Trust

The Little Princess Trust was established in 2006 by the parents of Hannah Tarplee, their friends and Hereford Cathedral Junior School. In 2004 Hannah was diagnosed with a Wilms tumour. Hannah loved her hair and losing it was very traumatic for her. Her parents, Wendy and Simon, searched high and low to find a wig suitable for Hannah, during her treatment. When they found one, it had a hugely positive effect on Hannah. Tragically, Hannah passed away in 2005 and with so many kind offers of financial and practical help, Wendy and Simon felt the most fitting tribute would be to launch a charity dedicated to providing real hair wigs for children and young people. Since then, we have provided thousands of real hair wigs to sick children and young people, aged up to 24 years across the UK and Ireland. We are now in the early stages of offering our service in other areas of Europe and beyond.

CLOUD NINE Group Sales Manager

"I have always loved long hair, to me it was a part of my identity. In the last 5 years, I lost both my aunty and my grandma to cancer, as well as having other close family members going through very stressful chemo that impacted their everyday life.

When I saw how brave they were, and how amazing they were going through the treatment procedures and at the hospice, I knew I wanted to do something to help in anyway I could, and that's when I looked into donating my hair for those who experience hair loss due to their treatments. I felt like I was able to do something small to hopefully make someone smile, and make them feel confident in themselves again."
