We take pride in the quality of our products, so hope that you should never experience any problems. However, in the unlikely event that you do, we offer an official Repair Service.
HOW DOES THE REPAIR SERVICE WORK?
STEP 1: After placing your order for our Repair Service, you will receive a confirmation email detailing instructions on how to return your product to us. Please ensure you enclose your confirmation email in your return parcel.
STEP 2: Once we receive your product, we will assess the item and return your repaired product within 7-10 working days.
A postage fee of £2.95 will be charged on all repair items. This covers the cost of both returning your repair product to us, and returning the repaired item.
Your repaired product will be covered by warranty for 6 months after purchase.
