Quick take: if you have medium length thin hair this is not for you. I have medium thin hair and bought TheO hoping to make my hair fuller and have a little kink, but instead my hair looks the same when I remove the rollers as if i had just dried it a frizzy look. (my hair naturally is not frizzy) However if you have really short hair and would like a full head of hair look this is for you my friend has short thick hair and this works great for her makes her hair fuller, but does not give a curl.

Quick take: I went into a salon in BC Canada to get a wash and cut. This rep came in with new funky hot roller product. She was very excited about this product. She asked if I would like to see how easy and fantastic it worked, and I said of course. The rollers heat up extremely fast, they stay hot while on your head for at least ten minutes, but the real beauty is the receptacle doesn't. You can put your hand inside and you will not get burnt! And they gave me such volume with so little effort! I love this product, it looks like I spent an hour on my hair and all we did was leave it in hot rollers for ten minutes! One could never get that volume with a blow dryer. I want a set!

Quick take: Had a demostration at my hairdressers and promptly ordered the set for my birthday! the only drawback I can possibly think of is that on my medium lengt hair I have to keep fairly still as they tend to fall out. Failing that, easy to use, end result great! Having the carrier also makes me keep it all tidy. Expensive but worth it.

Quick take: I love love love my C9's and I am soo glad I bought them. I have been using GHDs for years, which left my hair dry and damaged. The C9 are a comparable price to the GHD irons, however the feature that I particularly liked was that you could change the temperature. I have fine hair which does not need 200 degrees plus every day. I am now able get the same style that I did from my previous irons at 100 degrees using the C9's. This is loads better for my hair. My mum also commented after the first time using the straightners that she had never seen my hair look so good and shiny. I love the leather case that came with the irons, very classy and sturdy. Would and have recommend these irons to anyone I know.

- Is The O dual voltage?
- The O can be operated with a mains voltage ranging from AC200-240V, 50-60Hz. Due to the voltage in the USA, this is currently the only place you can't use your pod.
- How can I find out if my Cloud Nine product is genuine?
- Many irons on the market use a hologram to prove their authenticity however these can be easily copied. Cloud Nine has given each iron their own unique identity code thanks to a state-of-the art RFID chip. This chip is designed to protect you and your product from fraud or miss selling. To confirm authentication, please contact us on 0845 0267 121.
- Is my Cloud Nine product still under warranty?
- We offer a 24-month manufacturers guarantee on all Cloud Nine irons, a 12-month guarantee on The O pod and a 6-month guarantee on all The O rollers. More information regarding your guarantee can be found in our Product care & Security section.
- There is a fault with my irons/The O and I need to return it, what do I do?
- Please see our Returns section for details of how to simply, safely and securely return your Cloud Nine product.
- How do I know when The O is ready to use?
- When switched on the power indicator will glow and remain blue. You can then place a roller into the pod. The pod will sound and the ready indicator will flash green. When your roller has reached the optimum temperature of 130” the ready indicator will remain green and the heat indication spot will glow red. This should take no more than four seconds.
- Can I use The O abroad?
- The O is fitted with a moulded 13-amp UK plug. To use The O abroad you will need to take an adaptor with you.
- What are the measurements and total weight of The O?
- The O measures 18cm in height and 16cm in diameter, and weighs 1.2kg.
- What size do The O rollers come in?
- The soft grip rollers are available in 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 60mm diameters.
- What temperature do The O rollers heat up to?
- The rollers heat up to approximately 130°.
- How many rollers can I heat up at once?
- The O has been designed to heat up one roller at a time, but due to its innovative technology each roller only takes four seconds to reach ready temperature.
- What type of rollers do I need to use for my hair?
- Typically, longer hair will benefit from the larger rollers and shorter styles from the smaller rollers, but sizes can be varied depending on your hair type and the kind of style you'd like to create. For more advice on the size of rollers you need, please visit your nearest stockist and ask for a demonstration from one of their stylists.
- Can I reheat a roller once it has already been in the pod?
- Never reheat a hot roller; always wait until the heat indication spot is black. Never re-heat when the heat indication spot is coloured red as this could damage the roller.

Free UK next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Although most orders placed before 3pm on a Friday are usually delivered the following day, we cannot guarantee this.
