Yes, you can recycle your old hair styling tool with Cloud Nine.

Whatever the brand and whatever the condition, we’ll recycle your old straighteners, wand, or hair dryer for free. Find out how to send us your old tool when you upgrade to the latest hair health technology

Once your old hair styling tool has been received at our recycling centre, it will either be reused, repurposed, or recycled. All parts that can be recycled are removed and separated before the items are shredded. The components are then broken down back into their raw materials and sent for smelting.

If your Cloud Nine styling tool suffers a fault outside of the warranty period, we offer a repairs service for just £79. Simply visit our Repair Service page, add the repair option to your basket, and check out. A pre-paid label will be sent to your email address so you can package up your tool and send it to the Cloud Nine warehouse.

Our experts always try to repair faulty tools where possible, keeping our products out of landfill for as long as possible. However, in cases where this is not possible, your old tool is recycled and you will be sent a replacement product - either the same model, or the closest equivalent available.

At Cloud Nine we avoid air freight wherever possible. We also make carbon neutral deliveries, offer click & collect and other shipping methods. Visit our Delivery page for more info.
