We are looking for an individual will be responsible for acting as the brand’s voice across all D2C communications across owned and earned social media channels. You’ll spark conversations and nurture relationships with our existing community of followers, customers, industry experts and brand ambassadors. We are looking for an individual who will be at the forefront of shaping captivating visual narratives for our marketing campaigns. CLOUD NINE operates across multiple markets globally, so the ability to generate conceptual ideas swiftly in a dynamic environment is key. The designer will have a strong understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction. They will be required to help the team to design and produce the best work possible, in line with the relevant campaign and brand guidelines, all adapted for use across a range of platforms and formats, from social media to web, including print and video. Reporting to the ROW (Rest of World) Team Leader, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of CLOUD NINE’s customer experience strategy, enhancing the customer’s experience and supporting our customers across all sales channels. They will work on maintaining and improving our high standards of customer experience, meeting set expectations. This individual will be a part of the Rest of World (ROW) Team, focusing on Germany and Australia as their specific support areas, and at times, support the UK Team and the wider company with other needs such as translation. You must be fluent in German and English, being confident in both spoken and written forms of communication for this role.
