The Creative Hair Ambassador will be part of the content team, creating a variety of hairstyles that optimize the use of CLOUD NINE hair styling tools for all social media content. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this is a cross functional role, a combination of business development, operational management, 3PL co-ordination and product strategy for CLOUD NINE. The overall aim of this role to co-ordinate the day-to-day management of B2B customer orders, logistics & documentation, whilst maintaining and improving current customer service levels. Commercial acumen and effective communication are crucial for the success in this role as the Sales and Logistics Coordinator is the main operational contact for the internal CLOUD NINE Sales team but also for the external logistics and B2B partners. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager (GSM), the Strategic Client Account Manager (SAM) will play a critical role in building relationships with assigned customers, with particular focus on our gold accounts globally. As the SAM you will build and maintain strong account relationships to ensure retention, facilitate growth and maximise profitability to the business, with particular attention focused on the operational and financial aspects of the accounts. You will be a key support to the National Account Managers (NAMs) and, when required, join monthly calls to help evaluate account performance to maximise sales revenue and customer retention, in line with the Company’s strategy and KPI’s.
