We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Salesforce CRM and customer experience to join the team responsible for the day to day administration and development of our Salesforce CRM, in line with CLOUD NINE’s business and systems strategy.
The scope of role will depend on experience and we will flex for the right person.
Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience of Salesforce CRM. You’d be a certified and proficient Salesforce Administrator with Lightning experience.
Other desirable skills and experiences include Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Visualforce and knowledge of Experience Cloud. We need a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Reporting to the Supply Chain and Operations Director the Inbound Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the inbound supply chain. These include the demand forecasting, raising purchase orders for multiple suppliers as well as managing the purchase orders from being placed with the supplier until received in our own warehouse in the UK and/or 3PLs we work with in Europe and Australia. This requires to be comfortable arranging the required paperwork and be first point of contact for our suppliers and multiple freight forwarders as well as other logistics partners.
