How can we help?

All orders must be placed before Monday 23rd December by 8pm for guaranteed Next Day Delivery. 

All orders must be placed before Wednesday 18th December by 8pm for orders under £60 with Standard Delivery (3-4 business days).

Any orders placed on or after Tuesday 24th December will not be dispatched until on or after Friday 27th December.

All orders for personalised tools must be placed before 3pm Friday 13th December.

To qualify for next business day delivery, orders must be placed before 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 8:00PM on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. For any orders placed after 8:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend, delivery will take place on Tuesday. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a DPD tracking link with an estimated delivery time.Please keep in mind that delivery restrictions may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and on English Bank Holidays.

Monogrammed irons will be delivered within 3-5 working days when ordered before 3pm. More information can be found on our delivery page.

If your product has developed a fault and is still within the warranty period, you can easily submit your warranty claim here. Alternatively if you would like to speak to a member of our friendly Customer Experience Team, please head to our help centre to contact us and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

All CLOUD NINE tools come with a standard one-year warranty. If you purchase directly from our website, you'll automatically receive a three year warranty on selected tools. Please note, if your tool was purchased from one of our retail partners, you'll need to provide valid proof of purchase to activate the warranty. You can head to our registration page here to submit your details and receive your confirmation.

If you've received a tool as a gift you can register it on our website here. Simply tick the box for 'Did you receive your product as a gift?' to transfer the warranty to your account.

Please note, if your tool was purchased from one of our retail partners, you'll need to provide valid proof of purchase to activate the warranty from the giftee.

We strongly advise that you contact our Customer Experience Team via our Help Centre as quickly as possible so that they can assist you. Please note that we take these matters seriously and investigations can take up to 6 working days to conclude an outcome. We cannot accept responsibility for items left with a neighbour or in a safe space if it’s activated on your DPD account.

Once your warranty claim has been processed through our website, simply pack your faulty tool up however you wish and head to your local post office to start your return using our pre-paid label. Don’t forget to include your returns form inside your parcel that states your unique returns number along with the problem that you are experiencing.

As soon as your tool has been received and processed with our returns team, you will be notified via email. Once we have repaired or replaced your product within a maximum of 7 working days you will receive another order confirmation to let you know your tool is on its way back to you. Please note wherever possible we aim to replace items on a like-for-like basis. However, in some situations (say, if your product was a limited edition) we may no longer have the item in stock. In this instance it might be that your replacement is a different coloured product or style.
