To get the best results from your new Cloud Nine straightener:

1: Spritz clean, dry, detangled hair with Cloud Nine Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protectant spray.

2: Plug in and tap the plates together to switch on your Touch Iron.

3: Consult the Cloud Nine Temperature Calculator to find your perfect heat, then select the right temperature on your Touch Iron – choose from three settings to reduce the damage caused by excessive heat.

4: Start styling.

To straighten with your Touch Iron:
Smooth the cushioned styling plates through a section of your hair from root to tip in one fluid movement. There’s no need to pause – our Sericite®-infused styling plates distribute heat evenly for consistent shine. Repeat for all sections of hair.

The Touch Iron has a voltage of 220-240V. Check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds with that of the local mains supply before connecting the appliance to the mains, wherever you are in world.

Cloud Nine's Hibernation Mode is a feature of the Touch Iron. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the straightener powers off to protect your surfaces from heat damage for stress-free styling.

The Touch Iron's Sericite®-infused plates are 1 inch wide.

The plates on the Touch Iron do not touch when placed together. Our floating curved plates are designed with Spring-Flex™ Technology to cushion the impact as you style, reducing pressure, tugging and breakage for a smoother glide. This does not impair the straightener’s performance.

The Touch Iron is ready to use in an instant. Simply plug in your straightener and tap the plates together once to activate. Tap twice to select 165°C, and three times to select 195°C. Your perfect heat in a touch.

Our tools help to maintain your hair’s unique strength with kindness. If you show them care in return, they’ll reward you with years of healthy styling.

To store your Touch Iron safely and correctly:

• Keep the plug away from the plates to avoid scratching.

• Do not wrap the cord around your straightener – this can damage it.

• Only put you straightener away when the plates are completely cool.

• When you’re not using your straightener, attach the Protective Heat Guard to shield your surfaces and protect the Sericite®-infused plates from wear.

The Touch Iron does not have an on/off switch. Once plugged in, simply touch the plates together once to turn the straightener on. You don't need to switch the Touch Iron off, it turns itself off after 30 seconds of inactivity.
