Work Placements

At CLOUD NINE, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of talent by offering two-week unpaid work placements at our Head Office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, during Summer 2025.

During your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to shadow and work within departments that align with your interests, giving you valuable insight into your potential career path and what it’s like to work at CLOUD NINE.

We offer placements across a range of areas including Marketing, Social Media, eCommerce, Sales, Digital, Business Operations, and more.

If you’re still exploring your options, that’s absolutely fine — we can rotate you through different teams to help you get a feel for various parts of the business. Every placement is personalised and tailored to reflect each applicant’s interests and goals.

These placements are open to individuals aged 16–20 who are in full-time education and live locally to our Head Office in Harrogate. They’re designed to support learning and development by offering insight into the world of work and various career paths.

Please note: you must be able to commute to our office at Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, for each day of your placement. If you’re under 18, you’ll also need permission from a parent or guardian to take part.

We’re offering two placement opportunities for Summer 2025. Once you’ve submitted your completed application form and CV to our People Team, your application will be reviewed as part of our shortlisting process. Those shortlisted will be invited to attend an in-person interview at our Head Office. This session will be conducted in a mock-interview format, giving you the chance to learn more about the scheme, ask questions, and gain valuable interview experience.

Following the interviews, we will select two successful candidates and work with them to arrange the details of their placement.
