2: Plug in and turn on your Contouring Wide Iron. Feel Revive Mode® activate automatically – there's no need to press a button. The gentle vibration minimises your hair’s direct contact with heat to promote long-term hair health.

3: Consult the Temperature Calculator to find your perfect heat, then select the right temperature on your Contouring Wide Iron – choose from 11 settings to reduce the damage caused by excessive heat.

4: Start styling.

Can I straighten my hair with a curved hair straightener?

Yes, the Cloud Nine Contouring Wide Iron is designed for flawlessly smooth straightening and curling. The curved plates allow for versatile styling, so you can choose between sleek and straight style, bouncy curls, and straight with added flicks of texture.

To straighten with your Contouring Wide Iron:
Smooth the cushioned, curved styling plates through a section of your hair from root to tip in one fluid movement. There’s no need to pause – our Sericite®-infused plates distribute heat evenly for consistent shine. Repeat for all sections of hair.

To curl with your Contouring Wide Iron:
Position a section of hair between the wide, curved plates and rotate away from the face, using the rounded edges to perfect your curl. For big, bouncy curls, use larger sections of hair, or for tighter, springy curls, use smaller sections. For lasting results, pin the curl until fully cool.

To wave with your Contouring Wide Iron:
Pointing your straightener downwards, feed larger sections of hair through the plates and rotate the Iron 180°, always working away from the face.

Can The NEW Contouring Wide Iron be used worldwide?

The Contouring Wide Iron comes with universal voltage (100-240V) included, so you can achieve your perfect style from anywhere in the world. However, it's always best to check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds with the local mains supply before connecting the appliance to the mains.

How do I blow dry with the Airshot Pro?
To create a classic blowdry with the Airshot Pro:

1: Start with clean, towel-dried, detangled hair.

2: Spritz Cloud Nine Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray before applying heat to your hair.

3: Click on your choice of precise drying attachment.

4: Select your ideal heat using the temperature control switch. Temperatures range from low (39°C) to medium (47°C) to high (85°C). Blow dry at a lower temperature for optimum hair health.

5: Using a round brush, lift up each section and dry from the root, curling under at the ends for extra body.

6: Repeat section by section until your hair is dry.

7: Press the Cool Shot switch to give your hair a blast of cool air to smooth and set your style.

How do I use the Diffuser attachment with my Airshot Pro?
The Magnetic Diffuser attachment is perfect for type 2 (wavy), type 3 (curly) or type 4 (coily) hair. Follow our step-by-step guide to achieve a bouncy blow dry using a Diffuser.

1: After washing your hair, gently squeeze out excess water by hand.

2: Spritz your hair with a heat protection spray such as the Cloud Nine Magical Quick Dry Potion.

3: Apply your curl defining product of choice – this might be a mousse, gel or cream.

4: Place a section of hair onto the Diffuser and press it up against your scalp as you blow dry. This scrunches the hair up and keeps it in position while the air flows around it, ensuring effortlessly bouncy curls or waves.

5: Repeat for each section.

How do I activate Self-Clean Mode on my Airshot Pro?

The Airshot Pro includes an automatic self-cleaning function, helping to maintain the long-term health and efficiency of your hair dryer. Follow these steps to activate Self-Clean Mode:

1. Carefully remove the magnetic filter and sponge.

2. Long press and hold both the air speed and temperature button for 3 seconds.

3. Once the cycle has been initiated, you can release your hold of the buttons. The cycle will last 10 seconds and will stop automatically.

4. Use the Self-Clean Mode up to 3 times after plugging in your hair dryer.

5. To use Self-Clean mode again you must unplug and start again.
