Step 1: Start with dry hair.

Step 2: Shake your CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Section your hair and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.

Step 4: Select your temperature using the temperature control switch below the Floating Ceramic Plates. Temperatures range from 100-200°C. Variable Temperature Control provides a range of settings for a range of hair types. Style at lower temperatures for optimum hair health. Use the Temperature Calculator to discover the best heat setting for your straighteners.

Step 5: Activate Revive Mode™ for smoother styling with less heat.

Step 6: Smooth the Wide Iron Pro through each section of your hair from root to tip. Our plates are infused with minerals that work miracles. Sericite and Tourmaline help to seal the cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair. The wider plate is designed for kinder styling for thicker, longer hair.

How should I store my Wide Iron Pro?

Store your Wide Iron Pro straightener with care to maximise its lifespan:

• Keep the plug and plates apart to protect from scratches

• Don’t tightly wrap the cable around your iron to avoid wear to the inner wire

• Use your Protective Iron Heat Guard and wait until your Wide Iron Pro has cooled to room temperature before storing

• Transport your Wide Iron Pro Straightener in its Style Case.

These care instructions are important, damage to your straightener’s plates or inner wire is not covered under warranty.

How do I know when my Wide Iron Pro is ready to use?

Once the Wide Iron Pro is switched on, the digital temperature panel will light up. The lights on the panel and either side of the iron will flash and then illuminate consistently when the product has reached your selected temperature. To increase or decrease, press the up or down arrows above the temperature gauge.

Should the plates touch on my Wide Iron Pro?

The plates do not touch on the Wide Iron Pro. We have created our floating plates to glide over the hair rather than clamping down to ensure that hair is not damaged. When your irons are switched off, there will be a slight space between the plates, even if you press them together. Once they are switched on, this gap will reduce and they will glide smoothly over your hair for snag-free styling.

Does the Wide Iron Pro have an automatic switch-off function?

After 30 minutes of inactivity, the Wide Iron Pro will turn off automatically to protect your surfaces. All style, no stress.
