I’ve been using Cloud Nine tools throughout my menopause journey and consistently for the past three years. As someone with naturally Type 3B curly hair, I want the freedom to wear my hair naturally curly, blow-dried, or very straight without continually exposing it to unnecessary levels of heat. 

Menopause doesn’t mean giving up the styles you love. For me, it has been about understanding my hair better and adapting with it so whether I want to embrace my natural Type 3B curls, wear a beautiful blow-dry or have my hair super straight, I can make more informed choices about how I achieve that look.

My hair in the past 16 months has been on quite a rollercoaster. Following a surgical menopause my hair suffered, initially from shock where I did shed quite a lot. I was left with significant breakage at the sides of my forehead. 

Since starting this trial, the breakage has grown significantly and is now a part of my fringe.
