If your product was ordered directly from our website, it will automatically be registered to the email address used for your order.

If your product was purchased from one of our retail partners, you can complete a simple form to activate your warranty here. Retail partner registrations MUST provide a valid proof of purchase to activate or claim on their product warranty. 

If you received your product as a gift, you will need to transfer the product warranty to your account/email address. You can do this by heading to our registration page and you MUST tick the box ‘received as gift’ to transfer it over.

Can’t find your registration?

First, check whether your product was purchased directly from Cloud Nine. If it was, remember that registration is automatic and will be linked to the email address used for the original order.

If you have used more than one email address, please check which email address was used when the product was purchased or registered.

Before using your product for the first time, familiarise yourself with the product manual.

If your product has an LED touch screen, this will be covered with a thin, clear
protective film. Gently peel at one of the corners to remove this. This can be
difficult to see so a video demonstration can be found here.

To ensure that you treat your hair with the care it deserves, it is important to
look after your styling tools.

For straighteners, this involves cleaning the plates after use to prevent product build up. To do this, simply wipe the plates with a damp cloth once the product has cooled. You can then put on the Heat Guard to keep the plates safe for storage.

To look after your dryer, ensure that you are cleaning the filter regularly. For the Airshot Pro and the Airshot Pro Mini, you can use Self-Clean mode to help maintain the long-term health and efficiency of your hair dryer.

Storing your product correctly is essential to keeping it in working condition. Wait for the product to fully cool before storing. You can place your styling tool on our Luxury Heat Resistant Mat to protect surfaces as it cools.

Once your styling tool has cooled down, gently loop the cord in the carry case. Don’t wrap the cable around the product as this can cause damage to the inner wire.
