Monogramming can be added to eligible products at checkout and has a delivery time of 3-5 working days.

We operate a 45-day full refund policy on all products, excluding monogrammed irons, which can only be returned for a refund if a fault occurs within 45 days of purchase. We ask that any returned products are in a saleable condition and that any free gifts are included.

Monogrammed irons cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty within 45 days.
