How should I store my Midnight Collection Wide Iron?
Your CLOUD NINE product will live a long and happy life if you keep an eye on how you store it. Try not to tightly wrap the cable around your Irons, Wands or Airshots. Instead, gently loop it in the carry case. This greatly reduces the chances of wearing the inner wire, which is important because this kind of damage isn’t covered by warranty. You can also protect your Irons from scratches and chips by keeping the plug and plates apart; again this is important because plate damage isn’t covered under warranty.

How do I know when my Midnight Collection Wide Iron is ready to use?
Once the Iron is switched on the green light will start flashing and will illuminate on 150°C when it’s ready to use. To select a higher temperature, press the button with the arrow facing upwards.

Should the plates touch on my Midnight Collection Wide Iron?
We have created our floating plates to glide over the hair rather than clamping down, this is to ensure that hair is not damaged. When the irons are switched off there will be a slight space between the plates when placed together, however once they are switched on, this gap will reduce and they will glide smoothly over your hair to create some amazing hairstyles.

Does The Midnight Collection Wide Iron have an automatic turn off?
Style easy. After 30 minutes of inactivity, the iron will turn off automatically to protect your surfaces.
