If you purchased your product directly from Cloud Nine, we have automatically registered your product and activated your warranty. Relax and enjoy a healthier styling experience, safe in the knowledge that your new styling tool is covered.

If you purchased your Cloud Nine straightener or styling tool outside of the UK, or from one of our partner retailers, you must register it online to activate its warranty. Unregistered products will not be covered by the product warranty.

To register your Cloud Nine product and activate its warranty, follow the instructions and fill out the form on this page. Once complete, you will receive email confirmation of your warranty start date.

If you purchased your product outside of the UK, or from Boots, Amazon, Argos, or one of our other official stockists, please use the form above to register your styling tool and activate its warranty. You will need proof of purchase to validate the extended warranty, so have this ready for upload.

Once you complete the form, you will receive email confirmation and be redirected back to www.cloudninehair.com.

Cloud Nine tools, including those purchased from our retail partners, are covered by our standard one-year manufacturer's guarantee. We offer an extended warranty period of three years on most straighteners purchased directly from cloudninehair.com. Exceptions include:

- The Cordless Iron - 1-year manufacturer's guarantee

- The Airshot - 1-year manufacturer's guarantee

- The Airshot Pro - 2-year extended warranty

- The Cordless Iron battery - 6 months manufacturer's guarantee, no extended warranty available

Please note, you must register your new product within 14 days of purchase for the warranty to be honoured in case of fault.

Our product warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by misuse. This includes cord faults caused by incorrect use or storage, such as wrapping the cord tightly around your straightener or curling wand. When in doubt, we always recommend contacting our returns team. For more info visit our returns page.

Our accessories and wet line products, such as Magical Quick Dry Potion and Magical Remedy, are not covered under warranty.
