Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your product, all orders are covered by our 14-day return policy (excludes personalized products). Simply return your product to us within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

Note: Note: Monogrammed irons cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty within 14 days.

We will aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items.

Warranty Policy

All Cloud Nine products are covered by a one-year warranty period.

If you have purchased The Original Iron, The Wide Iron or The Touch Iron, an extended warranty period of two-years is offered when the product is registered here within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your item has developed a fault, please visit our Service and Repair centre.

Defective products will always be replaced with a like-for-like replacement, however in some instances the product colour may differ from the original item.

In the case of product replacement, the Warranty period remains in line with the Original Purchase date. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.
